Demo policy rules

Demo return window. Demo rule: this sample account returns most items within 30 days of delivery, or 60 days on the sample Demo Plus membership. Activatable software and some clearance items are excluded in this fixture.
Demo protection plan. Demo rule: the 65-inch TV order in this fixture includes a 2-year sample protection plan covering mechanical failure and one accidental screen claim. No real coverage exists.
Demo membership. Demo rule: the sample Demo Plus membership in this fixture includes free standard delivery, the 60-day return window and two free support appointments per year.
Demo price adjustment. Demo rule: this fixture allows one price adjustment within 14 days of purchase if the demo catalog price drops. This is a made-up rule for the demonstration.
