What is simulated
- Every product, price, specification, review count and inventory status.
- All four orders, the installation appointment and the store.
- The clock: the whole demo runs at a fixed Wednesday, September 16, 2026 · 10:00 AM PT, so "today" and "tomorrow" never drift.
- Return, protection, membership and price-adjustment rules.
- The pickup code, which is a placeholder and cannot be redeemed.
What actually works
- Browsing, search, category pages and product pages.
- Cart edits and totals, persisted in your browser across reloads.
- The concierge: order answers, the delivery-vs-installation conflict, a confirmed reschedule that updates the order, the appointment and the chat together.
- Mount compatibility, computed from the recorded size, weight and VESA data.
- Presenter tools: fixed clock, scenario jumps and a confirmed account reset.
AI and voice status
- Concierge replies come from a deterministic script in this build, not a live language model.
- ElevenLabs voice: not configured on this server.
- Alex uses the supplied portrait by design while the two-way voice session runs.
- Credentials stay server-side; none are exposed to the browser.
Developer setup checklist
- Add an ElevenLabs credential as a server-side secret and configure an agent.
- Mint short-lived browser session tokens server-side; never ship a provider key to the client or persist one in browser storage.
- Send the shared channel context as the initial payload, then push updates when the selected order, product or appointment changes.
- Verify audible output by observation before describing a session as live.
